1. The graphics on this site are linkware. This means that each set, or each graphic within a set, may be used for free on personal, non-commercial, non-profit pages created by the owner of the site, providing Graphics by World of Myst receives credit. You may do this by either posting a link to Graphics by World of Myst using the convenient pre-made signature button included within each set, or by listing the URL which is:

Credit must be posted on each page using a Graphics by World of Myst design. A link on a credit page is not acceptable.

2. Graphics by World of Myst designs should not be used on pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, pornography and/or illegal activities. If for any reason I request the removal of a design from your site, you will be given 48 hours to comply. Violations of any Graphics by World of Myst TERMS OF USE could subject you to this request.

3. Graphics by World of Myst designs are not free to use on commercial or for-profit sites. This includes all revenue-generating sites by any means. Commercial and for-profit sites are required to pay a very reasonable, one-time fee per each set utilized. In addition, web site designers, or people who make web pages for others, may not use these sets for free. A license must be purchased before using a design to create pages for others. 4. If you have a commercial or for-profit site, or if you are a web designer (anyone who designs web sites or web pages for others), and wish to purchase a commercial license for limited or exclusive use of a Graphics by World of Myst design, please refer to our comprehensive Pricing Guide. Graphics by World of Myst designs may also be purchased for exclusive use on personal pages, and, finally, Graphics by World of Myst can create custom, made-to-order graphic sets. Note: sets which use copyrighted images by artists are not for sale.

5. When using a Graphics by World of Myst design, do not link to this server. If you don't know why, it's called stealing bandwidth. Additionally, the graphic sets change frequently and you might find yourself with the dreaded little "x" where your graphics once were. All graphics should be downloaded and saved to a disk or your hard drive. To do this, position your cursor over the graphic you wish to save, right-click on your mouse and choose "save image as" from the pop-up menu. Click on "save" or "ok" to save the image to your hard drive. Remember to write down which file you saved the image to. Also for your convenience, we have added zip files to each set for easy downloading should you decide you wish to utilize the entire set.

6. Graphics by World of Myst designs may not be altered in any way, except to add your own text to the blank buttons. Graphics by World of Myst designs may not be redistributed in any way or included in any collections, archives or CD's, on or off the web. Use of Graphics by World of Myst designs by web designers or people who make personal web pages for others constitutes illegal redistribution, unless you have purchased a license from Graphics by World of Myst in advance of using them. You may not, under any circumstances, claim any graphics at this site as your own creation.

7. If you use a Graphics by World of Myst design, please sign our Guest Book and include the URL where the design can be located, or, send an e-mail and include a URL to the page where the design can be found. Graphics by World of Myst enjoys viewing how the graphics are used on individual pages and, also, Graphics by World of Myst will be linking to pages for others to view as "samples" of how the graphics are employed.
