PERSONAL WEB PAGE GUIDELINES - Graphics by World of Myst designs are free for use on personal, non-commercial web pages provided a link back to this site is maintained on the page containing the design (a link on a credits page is not acceptable). However, we strongly suggest you view the Terms of Service before downloading any Graphics by World of Myst design.
COMMERCIAL WEB SITE FEE - Any site advertising or promoting a product, idea, service, advice or anything for which payment is received, or expected to be received, shall incur a $35 one-time fee per set used in addition to maintaining a link back to this site. The set will remain on this site and continue to be available to others for use. This fee also applies to web designers. If you design a page for another person using a Graphics by World of Myst design, you will be subject to the same $35 fee, plus link, as previously set forth.
SEMI-EXCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL OR PRIVATE WEB SITE FEE - $100 per set, plus link. These sets will be marked SOLD upon receipt of payment and made unavailable for future downloads (note: there may be people who have previously downloaded these sets and will continue to use them, as they would be entitled to do - hence, semi-exclusive).
CUSTOM GRAPHIC SETS - $150 per set, plus link. $100 upon agreement, $50 upon completion. A set includes 1 background, up to 10 customized buttons, 1 welcome banner, 1 divider, and 1 bullet. If you prefer not to link back to Graphics by World of Myst, and maintain the copyright, the fee is $300.
CUSTOMIZED BUTTONS - to personally enhance any Graphics by World of Myst existing, available design: $5 each.
CUSTOMIZED WELCOME BANNER to personally enhance any Graphics by World of Myst existing, available design: $10 each.
TOTAL WEB SITE DESIGN with CUSTOM GRAPHICS: $40 per hour for design; intense design requiring special programs will be on an "agreed-upon" fee.
